Do you deliver?

Yes! Delivery fee is calculated by location distance. We deliver all across London. Be sure to input your desired address when submitting a form.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Your needs are valuable to us. That's why we offer halal, vegetarian and vegan options. Just tell us what requirements you need and we'll be sure to sort you out!

What's the minimum spend for delivery?

Minimum spend for delivery is £20.

Do I need to order in advance?

Yes. At the moment, we currently deliver on Fridays to Sundays only. Please order at least 48 hours in advance.

How do I pay?

You can make a secure payment to us through bank transfer. Payment details will be sent to you upon the reception of your order.

Is the food freshly made?

Yes. All our meals are cooked according to your order.

Terms and Conditions

As a client you understand that when entering this service contract, we are committing time and resources. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A refundable deposit is required for all equipment hire.

If Client requests cancellation of this contract 80 days or more before the event, Client shall receive a full refund.

If Client requests cancellation 40-79 days before the event, (25%) of the contract total will be owed to Caterer.

If Client requests cancellation 21-39 days before the event, (50%) of the contract total will be owed to Caterer.

Cancellation less than 20 days from the event day, Caterer shall be entitled to (100%) of the contract total. For equipment hire, Caterer is entitled to 70%.
** Note refunds are the sole discretion of Mama Nelly's Kitchen. Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, Mama Nelly's Kitchen reserves the right to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancellation or refund of any amount or for any reason.
